Refund Policy

Orders cancelled before fulfillment begins are refunded in full, no questions asked.

If part of an order cannot be delivered as specified, we first offer replacement placements of equal or better specification. If replacement is not possible, the undelivered portion is refunded pro-rata.

Packages with a live guarantee include free replacement when a placement is removed inside the guarantee window. Replacements are the remedy; refunds apply only when replacement fails.
