Our promise
Every link we deliver is covered by a 12-month free replacement guarantee. If a counted link drops, is removed, or loses its do-follow status within twelve months of delivery, we will rebuild it free on a comparable or stronger host. The risk that a link vanishes sits with us, not you.
What is covered
The guarantee covers every link listed in your delivery report: editorial guest posts, niche edits, contextual in-article links, profile and foundation links, and citation placements. It applies for twelve months from the date your report is issued.
How to claim
Email hello@authoritylinks.net with your order reference and the URL of the link that has dropped. We will verify it, and where the claim is valid we will rebuild the link free. Most replacements are delivered within the same windows as a new order of that type.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover links you or a third party have removed, links on sites you have asked us to use against our advice, or links affected by a site shutting down entirely where no comparable host exists — in that last case we will offer a replacement on the closest available site or a credit.
Refunds
Because link building involves editorial work that cannot be un-done, our primary remedy is free replacement rather than a cash refund once work has begun. If we fail to deliver a service at all, or deliver something materially different from what you ordered, we will refund the affected portion in full.
If you cancel before we have started work on your order, we will refund you in full. Once content has been written or a placement secured, the order is in progress and the replacement guarantee applies instead.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country. Where local law gives you a stronger remedy than this policy, that law applies.
