These terms govern your use of AuthorityLinks.net and any services you order through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services
We provide backlink, editorial guest post, citation and SEO services. Package descriptions, delivery windows and specifications are set out on the relevant pages and form part of these terms. Where a description and a specification conflict, the specification on the order confirmation applies.
Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout by card or PayPal. An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example where a target site or topic breaches our quality standards — and will refund any payment taken in full.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates in working days and begin when we have your brief and payment has cleared. Editorial review at a host site can occasionally extend a window; we will keep you informed and share the live URL when the placement publishes.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to promote the URLs you give us, that your content and business comply with applicable law, and that you will not ask us to place links to illegal, deceptive or harmful material. You are responsible for the accuracy of the brief you provide.
Link replacement
Every order is covered by our 12-month replacement guarantee as described in the replacement policy. This is your primary remedy for a link that drops, and it is provided in place of a cash refund for that specific link.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our replacement policy. In short: because link building involves work that cannot be un-done, we offer free replacement rather than cash refunds once work has begun, except where we fail to deliver the service at all.
Intellectual property
The AuthorityLinks.net name, logo, site design and original content are our property. Content we write for your campaign is licensed to you for use on the host site as delivered. You may not resell our site content or branding without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We deliver links and SEO services; we do not control search engine algorithms and cannot guarantee any specific ranking or traffic outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AuthorityLinks.net is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
